    Read the raw mint

    Supply, decimals, mint and freeze authority, plus the owning program. Classic SPL or Token-2022 tells us which genes are even possible.

    Decode the extensions

    Token-2022 stores mechanics as extensions on the mint: transfer fees, yield, hooks, delegates, pause switches. Each one is parsed into a gene with its exact parameters.

    Replay the history

    Recent transactions are pulled and every inner instruction is walked. Harvests followed by burns reveal a burn loop that no extension would show on its own.

    Fingerprint the programs

    Every program the coin touched is matched against known launchpads and AMMs: pump.fun, PumpSwap, Raydium, Meteora, Jupiter, Orca. Unknown programs are flagged.

    Inspect the hooks

    If a transfer hook runs custom code, the engine follows it to the program and checks whether someone can still swap that code out.

Fixed supply
The mint authority is renounced in the same transaction that creates the coin.
Locked mechanics
The 2.5% tax has no authority after launch and the Meteora liquidity is locked forever. Nobody can raise the tax or pull the pool.
No freeze
Children are created without a freeze authority, delegate or pause switch.
Lineage on-chain
Parent mints are encoded in the child's on-chain metadata, so the family tree needs no database.

Most pump.fun coins are vanilla. That is fine.

A standard memecoin carries no extensions, so it contributes its name, art and community to a splice. Mechanics come from Token-2022 coins that have them. Splice your favorite meme with a coin that has a burn loop and the child gets both.
